MacTec Labs provides professional website design and development services, including:
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and major payment platforms. Payment details will be provided in your project invoice.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Projects may be paused if payment is not received within 30 days. A 1.5% monthly interest charge applies to overdue balances.
Note: All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified. Custom quotes are available for projects outside our standard packages.

Additional revision rounds beyond the package limit can be purchased at £50 per round. Minor changes during development (typos, small adjustments) are included at no extra cost.
Scope Changes: Significant changes to project scope after work has begun may require additional fees and timeline adjustments. We will always communicate any changes before implementing them.
You receive full ownership of the final website design, including all custom code, graphics, and content created specifically for your project.
MacTec Labs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party plugins, libraries, and stock assets are subject to their respective licenses and may have additional usage terms.

You may terminate the project at any time. Invoices for completed work are due immediately. Deposits are non-refundable for work already performed.
We reserve the right to terminate projects for non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or circumstances beyond our control.
Upon termination, any completed work will be delivered to you upon full payment. Source files will be provided for completed phases only.
